We Killed Couture shares her FS Favourites

As new season pieces begin to drop at FrockShop.com, we’re excited for an excuse to reinvigorate our wardrobes; unsurprisingly, we’re not the only ones!

We asked We Killed Couture blogger Madeleine to share her wardrobe wish list with us…

When it comes to my personal style, I tend to gravitate towards black outfits with subtle hints of metals. I like to keep it simple and chic.

Adding a blazer to a black maxi dress is great as a transitional outfit for in between seasons. A true staple, the T Bags Black Maxi Dress is perfect for summer and winter in a hot climate, dress it up or down. A chic blazer by Smythe is a must when the chill is in the air; another staple that I know I can always grab when I’m running out the door.

The Mawi Pearl and Skull Necklace is both glamorous and edgy (not to mention Alexa Chung owns one).

I’m not normally a gold person but I absolutely love the CC Skye Spike Bangle. Maybe I am converting because the CC Skye Spike Ring also made the list? (I think I would still prefer them in silver!)

I’m a true sucker for blue stones and crystals; the Chelsea de Luca Bella Maria Ring had my heart the second I saw it. I love the gorgeous slightly vintage feel to it.

I’m not really one for dressing down, so Beau Coops’ classic Platform Pumps are perfect for wearing night and day  without being over or underdressed and no matter the occasion.

My splurge for the new season will be one of Eugenia Kim’s Fedoras. Seen on bloggers and It Girls everywhere, a quirky hat is the newest must-have accessory; naturally, the black is my favorite.
